1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using khareedo at khareedo.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes arising from the use of this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra.

2. Description of Service

khareedo is an automated supplier discovery tool. It searches the web, scrapes publicly available company websites, and uses AI to extract supplier contact details — delivering a downloadable Excel file with up to 15 verified supplier contacts.

khareedo is operated by Aavishkar Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, in Maharashtra, India.

3. Not a Procurement Service

The supplier information generated by khareedo is automated and based on publicly available data. It is intended as a starting point for sourcing research. It does not constitute:

A verified, audited, or certified supplier database
A guarantee of supplier legitimacy, quality, or commercial availability
Legal, commercial, or procurement advice of any kind
An endorsement of any supplier listed in the output

Always verify supplier details independently before entering into any commercial arrangement.

4. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You may use khareedo only if:

You are at least 18 years of age
You are using the service for lawful business purposes

You agree not to:

Use the output for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the service
Attempt to circumvent any payment requirement
Resell or redistribute the output as a data product without prior written permission

5. Data Accuracy

khareedo extracts contact data from publicly available company websites. We do not independently verify the accuracy, completeness, or currency of this data. Phone numbers, email addresses, and other contact details may be outdated or incorrect.

You are solely responsible for verifying supplier information before use. khareedo is not liable for any commercial decisions made on the basis of the output.

6. Pricing and Payment

khareedo charges a flat fee of ₹99 per search. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service. Aavishkar Technologies Private Limited does not store your payment credentials.

khareedo is currently not registered under the Goods and Services Tax (GST) Act. No GST invoice will be issued at this time. A payment receipt will be sent to your email address via Razorpay upon successful payment.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, design, and content on khareedo are the intellectual property of Aavishkar Technologies Private Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

The supplier report generated from your search query is yours to use for your own business purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aavishkar Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of khareedo, including but not limited to:

Inaccuracies in supplier contact information
Loss of business or revenue based on reliance on the output
Data loss due to session expiry or technical failure
Interruption or unavailability of the service

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep khareedo available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms, without prior notice.
