      The short version: We collect only what is necessary to run your search
      and process your payment. Your search query is stored for refund management. We never
      sell your data. We never have access to your payment details.
    

1. Who We Are

khareedo is a product of Aavishkar Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated in Maharashtra, India. Our website is khareedo.com.

2. What Data We Collect

When you use khareedo, the following information is collected or processed:

Your search query — the product name you type. Stored permanently in our transaction log for refund management and fraud prevention.
Order ID and payment status — generated by Razorpay and stored for ops and refund purposes.
Email address — if provided during Razorpay checkout. Razorpay sends you a payment receipt; we may receive your email as part of the payment notification and store it against your order for support purposes.
IP address and request metadata — logged by Railway as standard server infrastructure logs.

We do not collect your name, phone number, address, or any other personal information.

3. How We Use This Data

To run your supplier search and deliver the Excel output
To process your payment via Razorpay
To manage refund requests and verify payment status
To respond to support queries at [email protected]
To monitor our ops log (Google Sheets) for service quality

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or marketing of any kind.

4. Data Retention

Your search query, order ID, payment status, and job outcome are stored permanently in our PostgreSQL database. This is necessary for refund management and ops audit.

The Excel file generated for your search is stored in Cloudflare R2:

The customer-facing download link is active for 30 minutes
An ops-only archive copy is retained for 7 days, then auto-deleted

A lightweight record of your search (query, result count, job status) is appended to an internal Google Sheets log for operational monitoring, accessible only to the khareedo team.

5. Data Storage and Infrastructure

khareedo is hosted on Railway (railway.app). File storage uses Cloudflare R2. Railway's servers may be located outside India, including in the United States or Singapore.

By using khareedo, you acknowledge and consent to your data being processed on servers outside India for the purpose of providing this service.

6. Payment Data

Payments are processed entirely by Razorpay. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment card details, bank account information, or UPI credentials. All payment processing is handled by Razorpay under their own privacy policy.

7. Cookies

khareedo does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracking tools. Any cookies set are strictly functional.

8. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Railway — cloud hosting and server infrastructure
Razorpay — payment processing
Cloudflare R2 — file storage
Serper — Google Search API (processes your product query)
Firecrawl — web scraping (fetches public vendor websites)
Anthropic Claude — AI extraction (processes scraped page content)
Google Fonts — font delivery (Inter typeface)

We do not share your personal data with any other third parties.

9. Your Rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act), 2023, you have the right to access, correct, or request erasure of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] with your Order ID. We will respond within 72 hours.

10. Children's Privacy

khareedo is intended for business use and is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
