Refund Policy

      Summary: We operate a blanket manual refund policy. If you have any
      challenge at all — technical failure, poor results, or anything else — email us with
      your Order ID and we will make it right. No refunds after the Excel file has been
      successfully downloaded.
    

1. Pricing

khareedo charges a flat fee of ₹99 per search, inclusive of all charges. You pay before the search runs. Payment is processed securely by Razorpay.

2. Refund Eligibility

3. How to Request a Refund

Email us at [email protected] with:

Your Order ID (shown on the result screen)
A brief description of what went wrong

We will review your request and respond within 72 hours. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, subject to Razorpay's processing timelines.

4. Duplicate Payments

If you were charged more than once for the same search due to a technical error, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full. Please contact us with both Razorpay payment IDs.

5. No Cancellation After Download

khareedo delivers a digital file that is immediately accessible upon download. The service is considered fully delivered once the Excel file has been successfully downloaded. No cancellations or refunds are possible after this point.
